8.Competition Events: Individual and team competition
9.Competition Pattern:
1). There are nine rounds of competition, adopting the integral layout system. The top eight players in the individual events will be awarded prizes. The top three teams will be awarded prizes.
2). Competition Rules of Go (2002 version) authorized by Chinese Go Association
3). Time limit: Adopt time responsibility system
Each side has 60min no overtime. If you run out of time you lose.
4). Players will be matched by an initial drawing of lots and then computer pairings.
10. Participation Method:
1). Each province in China will organize a team to join the competition (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.) Japan, Korea, Singapore, Europe and America, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries will also be invited to join the competition.
2). Each team should be composed of one team leader and three contestants. (A team leader could also be a contestant)
3). The Tournament Sponsor will be responsible for players' food and lodging (Overseas contestants can either check in advance or check out late due to their flight arrangements)
4). Each player and team leader will receive a souvenir from the organizer.
5). The tournament organizers can arrange airport pickup at Guiyang Longdongbao International airport for the overseas teams and teams from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

- Individual outcome standings: To be determined by the points of each player, the one who get more points will be ranked ahead. If there are ties the tie breakers will be in order of points sum, the progressive points, victories sum, failures sum, the one who get higher score will be ranked ahead. If there are ties after applying the tie breaking rules, the rankings will be determined by drawing lots.
